First Day of School....Last Day of School!

A small part of me wishes that I had taken these photo's with my camera and not just my iphone....and that they looked a little more "pinterest-y", but hey, at least I remembered to take a picture :)

We all had NO IDEA the roller coaster we were in for :)

 And the last day of school....Captain Cool!

While I wasn't looking....he has started growing up.

 

 But thank goodness not THAT grown up!

He still has a little ketchup stain on his shirt from lunch....

 



Kindergarten Finale!

Bob and I got the chance to head over to Makenzie's school last week for a little "School Celebration!" - the Kindergarten classes performed a song (complete with masks!).

 It was CRAZY loud when they first came in, lots of kids, lots of parents :)

Now this is where all the Kinder's line up behind the stage and perform the last little bit of the song altogether....apparently Mack didn't get that memo....

because he climbed back up and performed center stage for the audience!

 

 

 

 

 

Teacher Thank You's

As a teacher myself (well not really anymore - for the time being), I think it is really important to recognize those people who take care of my "precious, code 42, cargo" day in and day out.

And really, who doesn't want a picture of their cutest code 42?

Wordless Wednesday

Asher Update

He's adorable...and a wee bit on the gigantic side.

He has been rocking 12 month clothing, and is about the size of an average 8 month old

But mostly he is adorable :)

And tomorrow he will be 5 months old



Point Schurman's!

So remember the "Mack said insert swear word here" note from a few posts ago?

Well....the very next day, our Mackenzie was special helper, which means he gets to bring something special for show & tell.  Mack wanted to bring Lego, but I convinced him to bring his favorite treat for everyone....because he swore the day before.....and we needed to do some damage control.

And it worked...check out THIS note we got!

Way to go Schurman's.....way to go!

Now if we can just survive the 20 days left of school......
